Terms of Service
General TOS
Revisions outside of the sketching and lineart phase that are irrelevant to the current phase will cost extra. (Price will be dependent on the complexity of the revision)
Please provide a general time frame for when you can be expected to respond after reaching out.
Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior in communication will cause the commission to be canceled. Severity may lead to being blocked or blacklisted.
Commissions may be declined for any reason; money will not be taken if so.
Deadlines must be specified before the commission is taken and will cost extra.
No altering or repurposing of artworks after they’ve been finished.
No usage of artworks for AI training, reselling, relicensing, or NFTs.
You cannot claim credit for my artwork! Even if payment is given, I still expect credit for the work.

I reserve the rights to ownership as the artist and the right to use my artwork for portfolios or examples. I will never use commissions commercially.
Price differs for commissions used commercially/for profit/merch.

Please keep in mind the possibility of complexity fees! Complicated backgrounds/characters, hand-drawn patterns, complex details, or having a design made for you will all cost extra!
The commission will only be started after at least 50% has been paid upfront.
All transactions will be through PayPal or Ko-Fi. Please provide your PayPal email before the commission is started.
No refunds will be available after the sketch phase!

Won't do:
Mecha
AI or NFTs
Hyper-realism
Fetish art
Illegal content
Any traced/stolen characters
Anything that promotes hate speech/offensive
Do not use my art for any promotion of hate speech, AI training, or NFTs.
Commission Details:
Before the communication is started, please note to have a reference for your character, pose and expression, extra details, and anything you think may be required! Even an MS Paint sketch of what you want will be appreciated!
